The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Work involves a variety of the following duties: using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks, replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes, and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery. This position also stands watch on various operating equipment monitoring and recording operating data. The Process Engineer is required to possess proficiency in computer applications, specifically spreadsheets. They must also have an ability to effectively communicate with various technical and managerial professionals, and they must have flexible personalities particularly suited for working in a constantly changing work environment.
The Process Engineer must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks and taking direction from 2 or more project managers.

The electrical engineering group works with internal and external architects and engineers to develop and design facilities for the Federal Government and related institutions.
-Provide technical/analytical guidance and support to other engineering disciplines.
-Support multiple clients and projects
-Generate calculations, design analyses, construction drawings, and specifications to solve engineering problems and provide technical expertise to support operations. The candidate will be expected to prepare lighting, power and communication construction documents.
