The Business Development Manager role for Veolia Nuclear Solutions - Federal Services (Veolia) focuses on capturing government and commercial contracts across the US. As a key member of the business development team, you will lead the identification, pursuit, and capture of high-value federal contracts. You will own the full sales lifecycle from market research to proposal submittal and client interactions and final contracts, collaborating closely with engineering, technology, and finance to craft winning proposals. The Business Development Manager focus is to identify key pursuits that support business line growth, develop a strategy and follow through all aspects to provide a compliant, comprehensive and compelling proposals to a variety of federal and commercial clients. As part of a larger Business Development team, this position serves as a capture manager and serves as a client manager for strategic accounts. In addition, they participate in key conferences to further business relationships.

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development and/or client account management
Knowledge of Business Development best practices
Experience in capture of both federal contracting and commercial clients is highly desired
