Education & Certifications:
- BA/BS degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience & Requirements:
- Typical experience ranges from 5-10 years or greater.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft office suite; automated accounting and cost management systems.
- Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software experience (preferred)
- Expert understanding of federal and state policies and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understands the fundamental concepts of estimating.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
