  • Overview

    • Manage all aspects of project Life Cycle to facilitate successful delivery of Veolia Nuclear Solutions Federal Services, LLC products.
    • Oversee engineering projects to provide metrics to reporting Engineer Director
    • Identify, Analyze and recommend business system solutions to management having a broad business impact
    • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.  RDeecognize project risks adn develop mitigation plans
    • Present and convey report status to executives, global business partners and other key stakeholders.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include:

     

    Planning:

    • Defining and clarirying project scope
    • Development of the project plan and schedule
    • Establish policies and procedures to support the success of the project(s) objectives

    Organizing:

    • Determine the organizational structure of the project team
    • Identy roles, positions and services to be provided by external companies
    • Staff project positions

    Leading:

    • Setting team direction
    • Coordinating activities across differnet organizational function
    • Motivate team members and assign work

    Controlling:

    • Measuring, checkign project advancement toward meeting objectives
    • Evaluating and determingin causes of deviations from identitied plan
    • Correcting and taking actions to restore project performance metrics

     

    Accountabilities:

    • Define project baselines, track project development, project status reporting and determine and track corrective actions to engineering team and company as a whole.

    Qualifications

    B.S. in engineering, or eight to ten years of relevant porject engineering experience

    FE Requied, PE preferred.
